Pippins bring gifts to hospital children

The children came with gifts – for the children.

A group of Te Matapuna Pippins led by Marion Brown brought 17 bags of goodies for children in Ashburton Hospital and handed them over to staff, including Dr Muhammad Fahmi.

Each bag had a soft toy, a finger puppet, stickers, a puzzle, a notepad and pencils, a book, a balloon – and a get well card.

Mrs Brown said Pippins prepared gift bags for sick children in Christchurch, so decided to do it in Ashburton as well.
