(23/3/1951): Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, at home in Methven, on 20th November 2025, after a long hard-fought battle. Much loved son of William (Bill) Collis Talbot (dec) and Mary Lorraine Talbot (dec) Christchurch, caring and protective brother to Hilary Talbot (Christchurch). Much devoted and forever loving husband of 54 years to his cherished Christine, exceptional tower of a father and father-in-law to Lisa and Julian (Blenheim) Mandy and Geoff (Methven) and Paul & Manu (Leeston). Legend Grandad (G’dawg) to Jacob, Sam and Riley (Blenheim) Ashleigh and Chris (Christchurch) Holly and Tee (Australia) and Betty (Leeston). Unwavering brother-in-law to Gordon and Rachel (Ashburton) and Shirley and Bruce (Timaru).
