Passed away peacefully on February 15, 2026 at Rosebank Lifecare, Ashburton, in his 96th year. Much loved husband of the late Nola, and father and father-in-law of Andrea and Stan Taylor, Richard and Sue, Greg and Joanne, and Tim and Beth. Adored Pop of his 9 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Sadly missed. Messages to the Lovett family, P O Box 472, Ashburton 7740. A celebration of Stuart’s life will be held at the Hotel Ashburton, Racecourse Road, on Friday February 20, commencing at 2.00pm, followed by a private cremation at the Ashburton Crematorium.
