In his 90th year, at Rosebank Lifecare, Ashburton on Tuesday, 2nd June 2026. Dearly loved partner of Helen. Much loved father and father-in-law of Hugh and Bronwyn (Auckland), Annabel and Jeff (Cromwell), Guy and Sarah (Auckland). Beloved grandfather of Kate and Ben Hamilton, Jonty Guildford, William and Joe Blaikie. Proud great-grandfather of Mackay Hamilton. Former husband of Carol-Ann Blaikie. Also loved by Helen’s daughters Sarah (Sri Lanka), Bridgit (Cambridge), and their families. Eldest son of the late Clifford and Amy Blaikie, and brother to John, Janet, Mackay, and Oke.
